A film by the renowned Takashi Miike. First Love is Takashi’s 90th film but his but he doesn’t shy away from any genre with a family comedy like Ninja Kids and horror masterpiece like Audition under his belt. The film follows one self-confident young boxer and prostitute who in the course of one night in Tokyo fall in love while getting tangled in a massive drug smuggling organised by a large crime organisation.
Premiered at Cannes and nominations include Best Asian film at Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival.
