Clare Langan is an Irish video artist known for her emotionally charged and visually striking works that explore the boundaries of nature, memory, and human experience.
In recent years, Langan has collaborated with various Icelandic musicians, including Jóhann Jóhannsson, Hildur Guðnadóttir, and Gyða Valtýsdóttir. She has also had a long-term partnership with cinematographer Robbie Ryan (Poor Things, The Favourite), who has shot many of her films in Iceland.
