THE RISE & FALL OF COMRADE ZYLO

Based on an Albanian novel, the premise is The Soviet Union regime during the 70’s and focuses on the exploits of Comrade Zylo, a bureaucrat at The Ministry of Culture. In an attempt to impress his superiors and party members, Comrade Zylo manipulates Demka, an inspiring, frustrated writer to write on his behalf brilliant speeches and reports based on Zylo’s improbable theories of what is Proletariat Culture.

Fatmir Koçi, the director and
